 Etiolated Cereus peruvianus
Present when there is a sudden change in the diameter of a plant.
This is usually the result of lack of sunlight and/or starvation.
Move the plant to a much brighter environment.
The disfiguration will most likely remain, but you are avoiding further etiolation.
